What happens next

  1. Send a short note

Your business name, city and what you need.

  2. Get a reply

Ali or a senior strategist answers, usually the next business day.

  3. Plan the next step

If it fits, you get a clear proposal. If not, honest advice.

How to reach us

  • Call (604) 632-4959 for the quickest first conversation. If we can't pick up, leave your name, business and a good time to call back.
  • Text (604) 632-4959 if you would rather we call you at a set time, or if you want to send a short question first. A short text is plenty to get a sprint conversation going.
  • Email Ali@Sedighi.ca if you want to share figures, a price list or a sample quote before we talk.

All three reach the same senior team. There is no call centre and no sales script.

What to include in your first message

Specific figures make the first call far more productive than general impressions. Four figures from the last 90 days help most:

  1. Qualified opportunities: how many real enquiries or open quotes you had.
  2. Win rate: what share of them became sales.
  3. Average sale: the typical value of a won job, order or contract.
  4. Days to close: how long a typical deal took from first contact to signature.

If you don't have exact numbers, estimates are fine. Also tell us your province or territory, your main service lines, and the one revenue problem that bothers you most.

A short template you can copy:

Hi, I run [Business name] in [City, Province]. We sell [main service or product]. In the last 90 days we had about [number] opportunities, won about [percentage], with an average sale of about [amount] and around [number] days to close. Our biggest frustration is [one sentence]. Best time to reach me is [day and time].

What happens next

  1. We reply, usually within one business day, to set a time for the consultation.
  2. The consultation is a complimentary, confidential conversation with a senior partner. We look at your four figures, ask about your market and selling team, and tell you which lever is likely to pay first.
  3. An honest view on fit. If a sprint makes sense, we explain what the leak diagnosis would look at. If it doesn't, we say so and, where we can, suggest what might help instead.
  4. A written proposal, if you want one, with scope, timeline, fee, terms and ownership spelled out. GST/HST applies by province, with GST and QST in Quebec. Nothing starts until you agree to it in writing.

What the consultation will and won't cover

The first conversation is about your revenue, not about selling you a sprint. Expect questions such as: Where do most of your enquiries come from? Who writes the quotes? When did prices last change? What share of customers come back? From your answers we can usually tell which of the four levers holds the most money.

What it won't cover is a detailed diagnosis. That takes the ten working days of the leak diagnosis, with your records in hand. If you'd like to go further after the call, the next step is a written proposal, and you decide in your own time.

Who you will be talking to

Sprints are led by Ali Sedighi, MBA, Founder and Managing Partner of SAZ.ca. AcceleratedSolutions.ca is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies, headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia. Read more on the about page.

We work with businesses in every province and territory, in person or online; the areas page explains how the sprint adapts to each region.

Before you get in touch

If you want to prepare, the revenue velocity guide shows how to calculate the four figures from ordinary records. The FAQ answers common questions about contracts, data and reporting, and the engagements page explains how scope is set.

We only contact people who have contacted us first, and we use your details only to reply to your enquiry.

Frequently asked questions

Should I call, text or email?

Whichever suits you. A call is quickest for a first conversation. Text works if you want us to call you back at a set time. Email is best if you want to send figures or documents.

What are your hours?

Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. A text sent on a Saturday night gets picked up when the week starts.

How fast will you reply?

We usually reply within one business day.

Is the first conversation confidential?

Yes. The first conversation is a complimentary, confidential consultation with a senior partner, and anything you share is used only to understand your situation.

Do you meet in person?

Yes. Consultations are available in person or online by video call, and the sprint also runs by phone, text, screen-share and email for businesses anywhere in Canada.
