AcceleratedSolutions.ca is a Canadian business consulting service that runs one kind of engagement: a 90-day sprint to grow revenue through pricing, pipeline, sales process and retention. The brand belongs to the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies, runs from the group's Vancouver, British Columbia headquarters, and every sprint is led by Ali Sedighi, MBA.

Where we sit in the group

The group has two parts, each with a clear job.

  • Sedighi.ca is Ali Sedighi's own firm for growth, marketing and technology consulting, and the group's strategic lead. Its brand list takes in HVAC.Agency, HVAC.Digital, Trades.Agency, BusinessConsulting.ca and Conv.ca.
  • SAZ.ca stands for Strategy & Acceleration Zone. It is the group's Canadian firm for three kinds of work, strategy, AI and revenue acceleration, and Ali Sedighi founded it; Sedighi.ca provides its strategic leadership.

AcceleratedSolutions.ca delivers SAZ's Revenue Acceleration engagement, which SAZ describes as a focused 90-day sprint across pricing, pipeline, sales and retention. Keeping it under its own name lets us explain that one engagement in full, for owners who want to know exactly what the 90 days involve before they call.

Ali Sedighi, MBA

Ali Sedighi holds an MBA in Technology Management and has 17+ years of experience. In 2007 he founded ONE.ir, a full-service digital marketing agency. Since then he has founded Conv.ca, a conversion-rate optimisation agency, and MyAutomation.ca, and he is the Founder and Managing Partner of SAZ.ca.

His client work spans Canada, the USA and Dubai. Over that time he has built 150+ live HVAC websites; among them are CombiBoiler.ca, HVACDeal.ca and CanroHeat.ca. He lives and works in Vancouver. His founder profile is on SAZ.ca.

The HVAC background matters to this site in one specific way. Home-heating companies live and die on fast replies, clear quotes, seasonal planning and repeat service, which are the same four levers this sprint works on in any business. The results page shows what that work produced, presented as results from our HVAC work.

How we work

A few rules shape every sprint:

  1. Numbers before opinions. The first ten working days build a revenue ledger from your own records. Nothing is claimed later that the ledger cannot show. See the leak diagnosis.
  2. Closest to cash first. Price and stalled quotes come before new channels, because they pay sooner.
  3. One change per lever at a time. Otherwise nobody can tell which change worked.
  4. Everything stays yours. Accounts, data, templates and routines are set up in your name and documented.
  5. Plain reporting. A readout every two weeks says what moved, what didn't and what we will change.

We work across Canada online by video call or in person, as well as by phone, text and email. The areas page explains how we adapt to each province and territory.

What we are, and what we are not

We are business consultants focused on revenue, working inside a Canadian group of companies. We advise, we design the changes with you, and we coach your team while it puts them in place.

We are not a law firm, an accounting firm or a lender, and we do not give legal, tax or financial advice. Where the sprint touches consent rules, advertising claims or contracts, we point to the official guidance and recommend you confirm with a qualified professional.

What a typical sprint week looks like

Most weeks are quiet from the client's side, which is deliberate. A normal week involves one working session of about an hour with the owner or sales lead, a short check-in with whoever is running the change that fortnight, and some time from us on analysis and drafting that you don't see until it is ready.

Every second week the session becomes a revenue readout. The ledger is open on screen, the five figures are recalculated, and we decide together what to push and what to drop. If a change is not working after two readouts, we stop it. Sprints fail most often when a weak idea is allowed to linger because someone is attached to it, so we try hard not to let that happen.

How to start a conversation

The first step is a complimentary, confidential consultation with a senior partner. Bring your last 90 days of opportunities, win rate, average sale and days to close if you have them. Call, text or email, or read the FAQ first.
